Martin Carpenter is a self proclaimed Messiah and the leader of a religious cult, the Ministers of Grace. He has become Judge, Jury & Executioner of all those he believes are evil, whoever they may be!
Martin has christened the police officer who has been given the job of stopping him, the Scratchman which is an old name for the Devil.
Can the Scratchman stop his nemesis before he kills again or will Martin finally cast out his own Devil once and for all?
Bumbling Jack and the Scratchman was written and shot for a Digital Video competition. The requirements for entry locked the budget at no more than £50 and the film could not be longer then 3 minutes.
